The protective sleeve is placed over the PipePatch packer before applying the fiberglass mat and resin patch. It protects the packer from sewage in the line and from the resin hardening on the surface of the packer. PipePatch is CIPP trenchless technology for pipeline spot repairs that eliminates the need for traditional dig and replace methods.
